At Theclothesmart, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality clothing and seamless shopping experiences. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns and refunds under the following terms.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • Any items that are damaged, washed, or altered after delivery will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@theclothesmart.com with your order details. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you received an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If you are returning an item due to personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size or change of mind), the return shipping cost will be covered by you, the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is delayed beyond 7 business days after approval, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges 

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the original item and place a new order.
