(During the holiday season it may be extended) We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays. United States Shipping

We offer USPS Priority Shipping. Please allow for up to 7 days for your bandage item to be delivered.

All Custom and Limited Collection Items Require A 21 Business Day Delivery. By Purchasing from us you are accepting these terms of shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination location of the package and the bulk of the goods being shipped. Please Note: All customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their own returns and exchanges to our returns department.

International Shipping

We offer International shipping which usually arrives between 10-21 days from the date of the order depending on the destination. We do have upgraded DHL Shipping available for an additional fee which will guarantee delivery in 5 days or less. TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Refused Packages All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS Undeliverable Packages All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS Delivered Packages All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
